Order booking from any phone
The salesman opens the site on his mobile, sees every item with its price, picks the dealer and quantities, and submits with the total including GST.
Two dealer alerts, nothing in between
The dealer gets an email and WhatsApp when the salesman books the order, and one final confirmed order when the Manager approves. If Admin or Manager changed anything, the final alert shows the original quantity against the final quantity, removed items and the new total.
Admin check and forward
Orders appear on the Admin's computer or mobile. Admin checks stock and credit in your own tool and approves it to the Manager, or edits quantities and items first. Every edit is logged.
Manager approval
The Manager sees what Admin changed and noted, can edit the order, and uses his discretion: approve for billing (even with a credit exception and a reason), send back, or reject.
Billing terminal and GST invoices
Approved orders go to the billing terminal at one click. Generate the GST invoice number with CGST and SGST split and a sales voucher ready for your accounts software.
Dashboards, reports and masters
Orders at each stage, sales trends, salesman targets and reports with CSV export. Dealers and items are easy to maintain, and real projects can import from Excel.
