About this tool
Save an HTML file, such as an exported email, report or saved web page, as a PDF document. The tool reads the HTML in your browser and converts its content — headings, paragraphs, lists, tables, links and embedded images — into a tidy A4 or Letter layout. For security and privacy, scripts are never run and nothing is downloaded from the internet, so website styling (CSS) and linked images are not reproduced.

- The built-in font covers Latin, Greek and Cyrillic scripts only.
Frequently asked questions
Can I convert a live web page by URL?
Not in this tool. Save the page as HTML first, or use your browser's Print → Save as PDF to keep the page's design.
Why does the PDF look different from the web page?
The tool converts the content into a clean document layout. CSS styling, scripts and external resources are deliberately not loaded.
Is HTML to PDF private?
Yes. This tool processes files entirely in your browser, so your files are not uploaded to our servers.
