About this tool
WEBP is common on websites, but many upload forms, email clients and older programs still expect JPG. This converter decodes each WEBP image in your browser and saves it as a JPG at the quality you choose. Transparent areas are filled with a background colour, because JPG cannot store transparency. Animated WEBP files are converted using their first frame.

Frequently asked questions
Will I lose quality?
JPG is a lossy format, so a small amount of detail is lost at lower quality settings. 90% or higher is visually very close to the original for most images.
What happens to transparent areas?
They are filled with the background colour you pick (white by default). Use WEBP to PNG if you need to keep transparency.
Can I convert many files at once?
