About this tool
Grab a thumbnail, a still for a presentation or a sequence of frames for review. Pick one moment in the video, or extract a frame every 1, 2, 5 or 10 seconds starting from a time you choose (up to 60 frames, delivered as a ZIP). Frames are saved at the video's full resolution as high-quality JPGs.

Frequently asked questions
What resolution are the images?
The same as the video, for example 1920×1080 for a Full HD video.
JPG or PNG?
JPG gives much smaller files and suits photos and video stills. Use Video to PNG when you need lossless frames.
Is Video to JPG private?
Your file is uploaded over an encrypted connection and processed in a private temporary folder on our server. The uploaded file and the result are deleted from the server as soon as processing finishes — whether it succeeds or fails — and the result is sent straight to your browser. If an upload is interrupted part-way, its temporary data is removed automatically within about 30 minutes. We do not keep copies.
