Frequently asked questions
What if my video has no audio?
The tool will report that no audio track was found.
Can I convert only part of the video?
Not yet — the whole audio track is extracted. A trimmer is on the roadmap.
Should I only use this for my own content?
Yes. Only convert videos you own or have the right to use.
Is Video to MP3 private?
Your file is uploaded over an encrypted connection and processed in a private temporary folder on our server. The uploaded file and the result are deleted from the server as soon as processing finishes — whether it succeeds or fails — and the result is sent straight to your browser. If an upload is interrupted part-way, its temporary data is removed automatically within about 30 minutes. We do not keep copies.
